When you’re shipping your suspension to us from outside of El Paso, make sure to write on the box the Workorder number we’ll provide you after purchasing your service, this way we ensure a smooth and quick turnaround. Please describe any specific issues or concerns you may have with your products.

After servicing, we will ship your Fork, Shock or Seatpost back to you for a flat fee within the contiguous US:

Fork boxes: $25

Shock/Seatpost: $10

For a faster turnaround, expedited shipping can be used to ship your product to us and back upon request, you can also reserve a date and time for us to work on your suspension. Please contact us before shipping your product.
