β€œJust like new” isn’t enough. We aim for something better.

We know, new stuff is always great! But there is always something that can be improved, even out of the box. We can take used and abused (or new) suspension products and leave them working better than they ever did.

We have spent countless hours researching, analyzing, installing, testing and tweaking new, used and abused suspension products. Constantly learning how to get the best of them. So they can feel better than new.

How do we achieve this? First, by doing things with love. It’s no secret that production lines focus on efficiency and profitability, which can lead to compromises in performance, from dampers poorly bled, to seals installed partially dry and tight or uneven bushings, which can lead to inconsistencies and increased friction.

Second, by knowing the products inside out, listening to feedback and doing our research, we figure out what are their strengths, but most importantly, their weaknesses; like damping adjustments being out of range, unreliable seals, or poorly designed pistons. We identify these issues and find a way to improve them, from custom tuning, using a different fluid, more reliable seals, to aftermarket upgrades, like pistons or even complete assemblies.

Lastly, by customizing it for you. We are all different and ride differently, the same product that may be great for someone, could be underperforming for someone else. We take you and your bike into consideration when working on any suspension product, from changes in oil viscosities and volumes, IFP pressures, to bushing sizing and custom damper tuning by shims.


1. Click

Purchase your service (labor) online with just a few clicks! We’ll manually add the model-specific seal kits necessary for the service and send you a workorder with the total price.

2. Pack

Carefully pack your product and write on the box the WO number we’ll provide. Make sure your fork/shock/seatpost are well protected, we recommend to de-pressurize them if possible.

3. Ship

Drop your package off at your nearest shipping carrier (we recommend USPS for most packages).

Click, pack, and ship. That easy! We take care of the rest and send you updates in the process.

We’ll reach out with the remaining balance once ready to ship!

Reservations are not necessary, but an optional tool for your convenience*

Please note: Reservation charges are EXTRA and separate from any labor and/or item charges.

  • Have your bike back the same day you bring it!

  • One of our technicians can be all yours for a determined period of time.

  • You can stay and watch or leave your bike/suspension. (And ship, too!).

  • Must reserve with at least a week in advance. (For us to properly adjust our schedule without affecting other bikes).

  • Make sure to reserve enough time for your service. We have work in line, we have to move when the time is up.

  • You can reserve a time and date and purchase a service as well, all from our website!
